We’re on a mission to simplify the farm planning process with the aim of boosting farmer uptake.

It all started with a group of farming friends who wanted to achieve NZFAP Plus for our farming businesses. We began meeting regularly to tackle it together.
As word got out, more and more people wanted to join in.
With such strong interest, we applied for funding from MPI and AgMARDT - both have been incredibly supportive in helping us grow.

Our approach:
- Creating learning modules and educational resources for farmers
- Delivering those in a digital tool
- Make the process easier to understand and complete for farmers.

Two part Software package

Learning Modules + Farm Records

  • Learning Modules: Clear step-by-step instructions to walk farmers through what they need to get accredited

  • Farm records & mapping: The living part, a place for the farmer to store their records

Living Plan

Creating the plans themselves empowers farmers to live the plan and gives more authenticity to assurance programmes.

  • Ownership Drives Commitment

  • Built in Task Lists prompts/directs farmers to complete steps

Compatibility

Our learning modules are designed to help farmers understand exactly what data they need for the farm plan.

  • If farmers use another farm management software to store that data, that’s great!

  • If they don’t and need somewhere to store their basic records, our program can do that too.

Advisory

Easy for rural professionals to support their clients.

  • Advisors can track progress, guide clients over hurdles remotely, and use our program to compliment their current face-to-face support.

  • Helping more clients complete plans in less time!

We are a group of farmers solving a problem for farmers.
Our customers, trade partners, financiers, regulators, and communities are sending strong signals that they need more evidence of farmers’ social, environmental, and ethical credentials. Farm planning and record keeping is key to how farmers tell these kaitiaki and provenance stories.
